Kandace Lockwood's ceramics is characterized by several pattern-based collections. While developing these collections she studies different ears and makes pottery that will reflect distinctive design elements of the time. Currently she's most inspired by the early to mid 1900s. Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern, Boho, and Ethnic prints help form her ideas about making functional and enchanting tableware.
Kandace works out of her studio in rural Dutchess County, New York.
